Refund Notice

1.Offline refund for the old system

For the applicants who submitted applications before June 28, 2019, if they have received the Notice of Non-evaluation Temporarily and have not applied for refund, please fill in the 《Application Form for Evaluation Refund》 and send it to the email address of evaluation consultation (renzheng@cscse.edu.cn), CSCSE will provide offline refund service.

The refund process generally takes 15 working days. The time required for refund may be extended in case of special circumstances.

Please note: CSCSE will not refund service fee to the applicants who received a Notice of Evaluation Refusal for providing false information, falsified materials or other reasons.

2.Online refund for the new system

For the pplicants who submitted applications after June 28, 2019, if they received the Notice of Non-evaluation Temporarily and did not apply for refund:

If the payment was dated more than 12 months ago, please refer to the above mentioned procedure for "Offline refund for the old system"; If the payment is dated within 12 months, the refund procedure can be done online. Please log in the registered account, click "User Center" in the upper right corner, choose "My Payment" in the left information bar, and apply for refund online. Evaluation fee will be directly refunded to the original online payment card.

The refund process generally takes 15 working days. The time required for refund may be extended in case of special circumstances.

Special note: You will not be able to apply for the review service after applying for refund. If you have any doubt about the Evaluation Results, please consider applying for the review service first, and then decide whether to continue to apply for refund.
