Notice on Classified Management of Time limit of Evaluation

Applicants for Overseas Credential Evaluation:

Starting from January 1, 2018, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange will, based on the difference in time required for overseas Evaluation Verification and feedback, adopt classified management of the Time limit of Evaluation from different countries/regions, and release the information within the permitted time limit.

Table of main classifications of Time limit of Evaluation for Overseas Credential Evaluation

1	Within 10 working days	Most applications for evaluation from the U.S., Canada and Chinese-foreign cooperative education Institutions-Projects
2	Within 15 working days	Applications for Evaluation from most institutions in the UK, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore
3	Within 20 working days	Applications for Evaluation from other countries/regions

Note: The following circumstances may lead to extended Evaluation Periods

1. The Awarding Body or verification agency fails to feed back the verification results in time;

2. The working hours need to be postponed due to domestic or foreign statutory holidays;

3. The applicant fails to supply relevant supporting materials in time as required.

If the applicant needs to contact the institution or provide relevant supplementary materials due to the non-cooperation of the Awarding Body or other reasons, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange will communicate with the Evaluation Applicant in good time.

The Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange will promptly disclose the latest time limit classification for Evaluation work based on the progress of expanded verification channels.
