As a national organization for international scholarly exchange, Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange (CSCSE) has organized 19 sessions of the China Study Abroad Forum (CSAF) since 2004. As the prelude of the China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET), CSAF serves as a platform that enables dialogues among partners and peers to promote international higher education exchanges and cooperation.It has been recognized as a top level study abroad event in China.

China Study Abroad Forum 2023 (CSAF 2023) will be convened on 7th April 2023 in China World Hotel Beijing, to launch the grand opening of China International Education Exhibition Tour 2023 (CIEET 2023).

The theme of 2023 CSAF is “Towards A Better Future: Enhancing International Cooperation in Education and Talent Development”. The forum focuses on international education exchange and cooperation in the post-pandemic era, to explore new paths for high-quality international talent cultivation with multiple levels and in wider areas. By enhancing global engagement of higher education sections, actively promoting the international talents development and gathering through international education with global vision and innovative initiatives. Government officials, academics and international education professionals will be invited to share information on the latest policy and innovations, seek effective solutions to overcome common challenges, and explore opportunities to build partnerships of international education.
